TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURSINGRESOURCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NursingResource and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any rights of another.

10. Payment Terms

If you purchase any paid features or services:

• All fees are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

11. Privacy

12. Termination
